Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases on NIGHTCORE SHOP (nightcoreshop.com), operated by RUFF UNIT S.R.L.

Orders: the contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. Products are printed on demand after your order.

Prices and payment: all prices are in EUR and are the final prices you pay for the products. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept card payments only (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay).

Delivery: see our Shipping policy. We deliver only to the 26 EU countries listed there.

Returns: you have a 14 day right of withdrawal, see our Refund policy.

Product images: colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product.

Intellectual property: all designs, artwork and logos belong to their owners and may not be copied without permission.

Law and disputes: Romanian law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country.

Complaints: send any complaint by email to faustescu@gmail.com or by phone at +40 754 376 372, with your order number. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and send you a solution within 15 days at most. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL, anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).
